Shipping

• All orders will be delivered via SF Express.

• SF courier to commercial address or SF locker will be arranged for free if purchase is over HK$250 or above (SF Express may charge additional fees for remote areas; these fees will be arranged by SF Express.)

• Once you have placed an order from our online store and settled the payment, product will be delivered to the designated address within 7 business days. Delivery is suspended on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery time may also be affected by holidays. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery service will be delayed.

• Once order is being dispatched, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
