Refund Policy
All items are non-refundable. We inspected all items before sending out to customers to ensure good quality of your purchase orders . In case of damage or manufacturing fault and you would like to request for a refund, please inform us by email us at enquiry.finer@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the orders, or else your request will be declined. In the email, please state the reason for requesting a refund and kindly attach 2 photos of the damaged/ faulty item - 1 picture of damaged part and 1 picture of item as a whole. We bear the return shipping cost and will complete the refund to you as soon as possible. Refunds will be done via PayMe or HSBC online/ ATM transfer.

· Small and unapparent stain/ marks

· Color discrepancy: product color may be slightly different when viewing with different monitors. Individual perception of color and lighting effect when product photo shooting will also affect products displayed in the pictures. Finer reserves the right to change our Refund Policy without prior notice. If the item that is being requested for refund is in question does not meet our standards, we reserve the right to refuse refund.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Website that may contain errors, including, without limitation, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, product descriptions, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. If we discover an error in your order, and order need to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
